We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Books must be in original condition with no markings or damage
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Subscription items can be returned within 30 days of each shipment

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@scribblesandscriptures.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
